Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Paralian Yachting. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using our services. By booking a cruise with us, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions.

Booking And Payment

  1. Booking Confirmation: A booking is only confirmed once we have received a deposit of 30% of the total cruise cost. The remaining balance must be paid at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure.
  2. Payment Methods: We accept payments via credit card, bank transfer, or PayPal. Payment details will be provided upon booking confirmation.
  3. Cancellation Policy: 
  • Cancellation by Us: In the event of adverse weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances compromising safety, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the cruise. Customers will be notified at least 3 hours before the scheduled departure. A full refund will be provided or the option to reschedule.
  • Customer Cancellation: If you need to cancel your booking, please do so at least 72 hours in advance for a full refund. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the departure time will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
  • Flexible Cancellation: For an additional €20 per passenger, you can opt for flexible cancellation, allowing you to cancel up to 72 hours before departure for a full refund (excluding the flexible cancellation fee) and change the date up to three times during the same season.

Pricing and Inclusions

  • Cruise Costs: Our cruise prices are inclusive of VAT, fuel, skipper, refreshments, and one bottle of wine per four passengers. Additional costs may apply for personalized pick-up points, subject to feasibility and extra charges.
  • Price Adjustments: Kindly note that our prices are calculated based on the fuel prices not surpassing €2.00 per liter. In the event that fuel costs exceed this amount, we reserve the right to adjust our prices accordingly.

Onboaard Experience

  • Safety Regulations: For your safety, passengers are required to follow the crew’s instructions at all times. Life jackets and safety equipment are provided and must be used as instructed.
  • Personal Belongings: Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings. We recommend keeping valuables safe and secure. Paralian Yachting is not liable for any lost or stolen items.
  • Dress Code: Passengers are required to remove their shoes before embarking on the yacht. We recommend bringing non-slip boat shoes for onboard activities.
  • Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly forbidden on board.
  • Health and Allergies: Every passenger is responsible for informing us of any health issues or allergies in advance.
  • Timeliness: From the moment you book your cruise, you have the responsibility to be on time (boarding time, 15 minutes before departure) at the meeting point.

Liability and Insurance

  • Insurance Coverage: Our yachts are fully insured for third-party liability. Passengers are encouraged to have personal travel insurance to cover any potential medical expenses or personal property loss.
  • Liability: Paralian Yachting is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings that occur during the cruise. Passengers participate at their own risk.
  • Damage Responsibility: In case any passenger causes damage or loses any equipment, charges will be applied.

Liability and Insurance

  • Special Requests: Please inform us of any special requests or requirements at the time of booking. We will do our best to accommodate your needs, subject to availability and feasibility.
  • Custom Tours: We offer bespoke, custom boat tours tailored to your preferences. Please contact us to discuss your requirements and we will create a personalized itinerary for you.

Conduct and Behavior

  • Respectful Behavior: Passengers are expected to behave respectfully towards the crew and fellow passengers. Any disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in termination of the cruise without a refund.
  • Environmental Responsibility: We encourage all passengers to be environmentally conscious. Please dispose of waste responsibly and avoid causing any harm to the marine environment.

Modifications and Changes

  • Amendments: We reserve the right to modify or amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to customers and will take effect immediately upon posting.
  • Force Majeure: Paralian Yachting is not responsible for any cancellations or changes due to force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or governmental restrictions.
  • Schedule Adjustments: We reserve the right to adjust departure and arrival times by up to 3 hours to avoid bad weather or force majeure events.

Additional Terms

  1. Meeting Point: All cruises depart from Porto Carras Marina. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before departure.
  2. Required Information: To comply with port authority regulations, we require the following information for each passenger: full name, ID or passport number, nationality, birth date, email, and phone number.
  3. Payment Fees: All prices exclude potential payment processor fees.
  4. Equipment: Towels and other personal items are available for free. Please handle all equipment with care to avoid additional charges for damage or loss.
  5. Conflict Resolution: If you have any complaints or issues, please report them to the crew immediately and contact us within 48 hours of your trip to resolve the matter.
  6. Guardian Responsibility: The guardian is responsible for underage passengers, and each adult is responsible for themselves.

Use of Photography for Promotional Use

During the course of a Client’s cruise, photos or videos may be taken by Clients and/or Paralian Yachting. Photos or videos taken by or sent to Paralian Yachting may contain images of Clients that can be used by Paralian Yachting on a lifetime royalty-free basis under the condition of the verbal agreement of the Client. Such images and videos will be used specifically for the purpose of marketing and advertising Paralian Yachting.
