We prioritize your safety above all. In the event of adverse weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances that may compromise the safety of the charter, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the trip.

Should a cancellation be necessary due to weather conditions, we will inform customers at least 3 hours before the scheduled departure time.

Adverse weather conditions that may necessitate cancellation include, but are not limited to:

• Storms: Severe weather conditions such as high winds, heavy rain, and thunderstorms.
• Rough Seas: Unusually high waves or swells that could affect the vessel’s stability.
• Fog: Dense fog reducing visibility and increasing navigation risks.
• Lightning: Electrical storms posing a direct threat to safety on board.
• Icy Conditions: Extremely low temperatures leading to icy surfaces and unsafe navigation.
